Odisha Polytechnic Diploma Notification 2024
The Directorate of Technical Education and Training of Odisha is inviting eligible candidates for admission into Diploma, Diploma (LE), Post Diploma in Industrial Safety, and Lateral Entry for Working Professionals.
The students are invited for admission to government and private engineering schools and polytechnics in Odisha for the academic year 2024–25.
The admission will be processed through the SAMS portal. The admission portal opened on April 1. It will close shortly, on April 30. Students who want to apply should start immediately before the deadline ends.

Odisha Polytechnic Diploma Eligibility Criteria for 2024
There are different eligibility criteria for diploma and post-diploma courses. Follow them below:
Education Qualification:
- For both diploma engineering and non-engineering, the student must pass the HSC examination or 10th standard examination conducted or declared equivalent by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.
- For post-diplomatic courses, the student must hold a diploma or B.Tech. in any branch of engineering or technology from any AICTE-approved institution.
Age Limit:
All the students must be at least 14 years of age or older. There is no upper age limit.
